and then I am going to say "Yahoo, I got in to my first ever JURIED fiber art show!" ...(stay tuned for more details when I don't just bore myself SO much.)
and then I will say some thing like....well, "I am going to my first ever SCRAPBOOKING class tonight, and I am kind of nervous, because it is out of my comfort zone" and I am being silly about ALL of IT...like a dork.
But that is what you have to do to get out of the funk.... I did purge 4 bags of fabric (that I NEVER was going to use.) this week and my boy started school. I am coming off of my "school starting/summer ending" anxiety trip (please let it be ending!)
It is time to end this post right quick...
take care

Congratulations on the juried show. What a great looking quilt. I know what you mean about transitional anxiety this time of year. My youngest is now a senior in high school, but I still have trouble adjusting to his absence.
wake up, I want to hear more about this quilt you posted a pic of and getting into the juried show!
Hi. I found your blog :) Nice meeting you this past weekend. Have a good week. Glynis
hey there internet blog friend! ;) So great to meet you this weekend! I got up a couple of pictures...including your egg cups and emily's fabulous hat!
Yeah I'm with Tonya! Wake up! :-) I cannot tell you how many times I have drifted off to sleep, fingers perched lightly on the keyboard, sentence unfinished, lap getting very hot, and then jerked awake again, dozily finished the post and then fretted the next morning about what kind of nonsense I may have just published! :-) Glad you've survived the end of summer back to school anxiety - these things are never as ghastly as I convince myself they'll be :-) Looking forward to seeing and hearing about this quilt show!
Haaaaaaaaaa, I didn't know you won the Juried Place in the show. Well, congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Kudos to the little lady on the "other" side of the river.
